Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
Vidshift provides AI video generation services on a credit basis. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms, to the Acceptable Use Policy, and to the handling of your data described in the Privacy Policy. Vidshift is operated by James Yannaros, trading as Vidshift, from the United Kingdom.
Credits and billing
Subscription credits are granted monthly and expire at the end of each billing period. Purchased credit packs do not expire. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable except where required by law. If a generation fails, the credits it consumed are automatically returned to your balance.
Credits and generated videos are digital content supplied immediately. By purchasing, you request immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right to cancel once you spend any of the purchase. If you change your mind within 14 days and have not used any of the credits from a purchase, email us and we will refund it.
Your content
You retain rights to media you upload and to outputs you generate, to the extent permitted by the underlying model providers. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents for any likeness, image, or video you upload. We store a record of each generation (inputs, consent confirmation, and output) for billing and abuse prevention.
Service changes
Model availability and credit prices may change; we will not change the price of credits you have already purchased. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, including reversing credits obtained through payment disputes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections of the country you live in.
